'Ladies of The House' Fashion Show: A FASHION OFFICE PRODUCTION

The little East Nashville restaurant/club on the corner that you know and love, Mad Donnas, is hosting a fashion and trunk show EXCLUSIVELY for for the Ladies of the House! Photographer Kelly Searcy, owner K's Imagery, will have a photo booth to capture all of the fun we'll be having that night! 

It's time for Spring Cleaning with your favorite Mad Donna's DJs, Samme and Jane Dupree. Your Divas, Gina Sutton and Mandi 'Babz' Warpenburg, The Diva Model Crew and Milton White, Owner of The Fashion Office, invite you to enjoy a night of House Music, a special catwalk presentation at 8PM, $5 martinis (til 10PM) and the hottest designer jeans in Nashville! I had the pleasure of attending MTFW last month!

I really enjoyed seeing all of the emerging designs from

all the beautiful designers. MTFW commenced with a 

preview/press conference at JoZoara’s Coffee Shop  and a finale fashion show at ON THE ROCKS Night Club.

Designers, ErosBlaine by Dylan Stevens and Nicole Cooley, together with Max McCormack designs, displayed an array of cutting edge and exquisite designs. 

The city mayor, Tommy Bragg issued a proclamation acknowledging MTFW as an annual event. Bravo Mayor Bragg! How exciting is that! I can't wait until the next Middle TN Fashion Week!

It will be bigger and better!!! You all will not want to miss it!!!!

Alan has a good friend ( Laura Dodd ) who won 2010 New Christian Country Artist of the year and hopefully she'll be able to sing at the show that night.

Fashion Party at The Wine Loft

I had the pleasure to attend an awesome event giving by the  Little Black Dress Club and Nashville Fashion Events.  The Fashion Party was at The Wine Loft in Nashville (the gulch). The Wine Loft is a very chic and trendy spot in the Gulch neighborhood of Nashville. Alicia, from Nashville Fashion Events, used accessories and little black dresses from Muse Boutique as well as shoes from Red Door Shoe Outlet to show the ladies how to spice up a little black dress and how to dress for different body types. I also received a little info on the do's and do not's of fashion. While giving the presentation, Alicia used live models so we can get a great visual of what she was talking about. The ladies where able to eat and drink from the Wine Loft's amazing menu, win some awesome gifts in the raffle, and buy from the gracious sponsors (Muse Boutique, Red Door Shoe Outlet, Private Edition, and The Cosmetic Market).

Middle Tennessee Fashion Week (MTFW) is an event that highlights fashion design, clothing merchandising and modeling as well as enhances the visibility of Middle Tennessee as a center of international fashion. Middle Tennessee Fashion Week produces runway events twice a year (April/Sept.)

 

Breaking through the fashion industry by allowing upcoming designers to showcase their designs through creative platforms in the Middle Tennessee arena. Raising fashion awareness, by exposing the cultural influences of fashion in Middle Tennessee.

 

MTFW will put a spotlight on the influence of world cultures on American fashion, prove fashion can be done with ecology and fair trade in mind, present an exclusive men’s fashion show, and complete the week with a mesmerizing International Couture Collection at a location at the Embassy Suites Murfreesboro.
